At Charles Francis, we treat every order like it’s being sent to someone important, because it is. Whether you're in New York, Toronto, or Paris, we aim to deliver your order on time, with care, and full transparency.


Shipping Timeframes

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
Here’s how the timeline breaks down:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Costs

All shipping options include tracking.

  • United States: $4.99 USD (flat rate)
  • Canada: $6.99 CAD (flat rate)
  • European Union countries: €4.99 EUR (flat rate)

You’ll see the exact shipping fee at checkout based on your selected destination and currency.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and the United States.

Orders placed from outside these regions will not be processed.


Carriers We Use

We work with established delivery partners including USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the shipping address and availability. Orders are packed at our fulfillment center before being handed off to the carrier.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You can check its progress at any time from dispatch to delivery.


Delays & Disruptions

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays due to carrier backlogs, weather disruptions, or customs inspections may occur. If we become aware of any delay affecting your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


International Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for international destinations are flat-rate and displayed in your local currency at checkout. All international orders include tracking.
